The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 59jl employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 59jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 59jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 59jl will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
59jl is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
59jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at 59jl's discretion, with notice provided on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically completed within 1–3 business hours. 59jl reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
You must only deposit funds that you legally own and that originate from legitimate sources. Deposits funded by proceeds of criminal activity are strictly prohibited. 59jl does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on the 59jl Platform.
59jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus cancelled, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.
59jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.
All games available on the 59jl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
59jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studios under controlled conditions. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 59jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 59jl's decision on such matters is final.

59jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 59jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 59jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 59jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
59jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By registering on the 59jl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
59jl implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
59jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 59jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 59jl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 59jl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 59jl's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, 59jl's internal review process must be exhausted before any external escalation. 59jl's decisions on game outcome disputes, where supported by server-side logs and RNG certification records, are final and binding.
